A cozy stay with friendly faces

The hotel had a great location, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to the city center. I especially appreciated the friendly service from Alessandro at the reception, who was helpful and approachable.

On the downside, the plumbing noise was quite disruptive. Every flush from the neighboring rooms echoed through the walls, which interrupted my peace during the night.

Location is very good, 5 min from Politeama; it is very clean.

Hair drier totally unuseful; to many sweets, croissants and cakes for breakfast- no ham, no cheese, no eggs etc. safety box didn't work.

Newly remodelled hotel, it offers great services and amazing location very close to public transport, including the airport bus, the Central Railway Station and Via della Liberta, Palermo's Champs-Elysees. The staff are very good and the room is airy and incredibly comfortable with nice balcony.

The spacious room offered a great view of the city, and the hotel's proximity to numerous restaurants made dining out enjoyable after a day of exploring.

We spent 3 nights at this Great hotel, central location. Just an 11 minute city bus to Mondello beach! Staff was friendly and informative. Room was spacious, very clean and had a balcony. Walking distance to open air markets, shopping and Palermo sites. Simple breakfast was included (croissants, jams, yogurts, coffee, tea, fruit, cereal).

Helpful Staff member not sure of his name but was excellent and always trying to save us money with how to get to places the cheapest. Also advised us on good restaurants to visit.

Room little small.

The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to the historical center and numerous local restaurants, made exploring the area very convenient.

The mattress was quite firm and uncomfortable for my taste, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Perfect and safe location,in the center of palermo,clean rooms,every day new towels,good breakfest and thats all for very reasonable price,i can only recommend this hotel to everyone

Near city and price was good.

Breakfast was not any good, Could be more choises. 3 of the 4 rooms was twin, not double room as ordered.

Great location and 24-hour reception, but noisy plumbing disrupted my stay.

Take care of the noisies. Bathrooms are too much. You wake up with every person using basin in next room. Breakfast is poor.

the room was huge & soundproof, there was a comfy bed. very good service, even though a few employees were absolutely rude.

Room had good size and contained a fridge, always a plus for a long stay. Really enjoyed the Continental breakfast selection. It had a variety that kept mornings interesting.

The air conditioning was hit or miss-some days it felt barely adequate, while others it functioned fine. The plumbing made its presence known. Every flush from next door echoed through the walls, which can really crank up the tension. I also noticed that the refrigerator only worked when I was in the room. Plus, while the furniture was spacious, it definitely needed an update-kind of reminded me of a throwback to yesteryear. Lastly, cleanliness was a concern. There were some dust bunnies sneaking around, which should not be part of the experience.

Price - for what we paid this hotel offered real value for money. Clean - The bedroom and bathroom was spotless - clean white quality sheets and towels -room cleaned every day - replaced clean towels every day and sheets changed 3 times during our stay. Bathroom - hot water available all day - body wash/shampoo and soaps provided. Comfort - very comfortable larger than king size bed.Quiet air-con that worked. Quiet non-smoking room on the 6th floor away form the lift (as requested) Basic but perfectly adequate breakfast for the price we paid in the room rate. Location - based in the new part of the city - easily found from departure of airport bus and within walking distance of old city and main monuments.

Lack of curtains at the windows and a pail bed coverette in the bedroom left the room looking a little sparse and uninviting but the room overall was very very comfortable and functional.

Located very well (bus from the airport stops at via Liberta 45 / Piazza Croci, which is a few minutes away). Free WiFi connection is quite fast. Managed to get more than 800 KB/s when downloading a dataset for work.
